All orders and purchases made through this web site are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS - Your access to and use of artisticgreenery.com.au ("the Web site") is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Web site you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.

3. COLOURS - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the leaf, trunk and stem colours of our products appearing on the site. However, the actual colours seen will depend on your monitor settings and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

6. PRICE - The selling price of the goods shall be Artistic Greenery’s displayed price at the date of acceptance of the order. The price is inclusive of any applicable Goods & Services Taxes, duties, levies or fees, or other similar charges imposed on the customer by any taxing authority related to customer's order. Artistic Greenery reserves the right, to increase the displayed price of the goods from time to time reflecting any increased cost. Postage costs under $30.00 will automatically be added to your order. If the postage cost is more than $30.00 we will contact you by email prior to dispatching your order. Credit card debits are not processed until such time as:

6.1 You have agreed and accepted our quotation for postage of your items only if the cost of postage is more than $30.00.

6.2 If you are collecting your purchase from our showroom, payment will be COD and your credit card payment will be processed at this time.

7. PAYMENTS - Our shopping cart provider, Mals E-commerce; complies with the highest privacy regulations and the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). 8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE - Artistic Greenery reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

REFUNDS & RETURNS - At Artistic Greenery we want you to be happy with your purchase and the service provided so we try hard to accurately describe the products that we sell, and include close-up photos for further reference, as such we are unable to, nor are we obliged to; accept returns of any product once sold should you simply change your mind. We can only offer a refund if a mistake has been made on our behalf and a product that you did not order has been mistakenly shipped to you. All applications for return of goods should be made to Artistic Greenery within 7 days of receipt. Email us beforehand and we will reply with confirmation and further instructions.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14. GOVERNING LAW - Artistic Group PTY LTD, trading as Artistic Greenery; is based in Australia. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All prices throughout this website are in Australian dollars (AUD$). We accept Visa and Master card credit cards without a surcharge. Our minimum order value for online orders placed though this website is $30.00. All items chosen are updated and added to your basket and subtotaled prior to requesting your credit card details. Your credit card is validated at the time of placing your order however we will not process payment until postage costs have been calculated. At any time you can click the link at the top right hand side to view your basket. Your shopping basket will open in a new window.

Due to the large variation or sizes and weights of the products that we sell, it is impossible for us to determine the cost of postage at the time of purchase, we will contact you only if the cost of postage is going to be more than $30.00. Postage costs of less than $30.00 will be automatically added to your order. Should the cost of postage be more than $30.00 and you wish to proceed we will then manually process your credit card payment and issue a confirmation email and receipt, we will then dispatch your purchase. All purchases will be reflected on your credit card statement as a debit from Artistic Group PTY LTD.

Alternatively, if you wish to buy online and collect from our showroom, we would be happy to process payment when you come to collect your purchase from us.
